Lasting change doesn’t have to be complicated — but it does take commitment, support, and the right tools. Neuroscience shows that it takes 6–12 weeks to begin reshaping mental habits and creating sustainable personal change. With this in mind, I offer a focused 8-week coaching package designed to help you break through personal barriers, build new mental habits, and move toward greater clarity, energy, and well-being.

A personal consultation to clarify your goals and establish the coaching relationship

Access to the global Positive Intelligence® mental fitness platform, including a mobile app with short daily practices (5–10 minutes) and weekly 1-hour video sessions

Weekly 45–60 minute Zoom coaching sessions to deepen insights, track progress, and tailor strategies to your specific needs

Additional Coaching Packages

After the initial 8-week program, I offer supplemental 8 and 12-week packages of weekly coaching sessions at a similar investment.
